- All golfers must create a customer account prior to booking a tee time reservation. Customer accounts can be created through our online customer booking portal. We recommend using web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge when setting up your customer account.
- Tee time reservations must be secured by a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express including current expiration date.
- Online bookings may be made for a maximum of 8 players up to 28 days in advance beginning at 6am. If you have more than 8 players, please contact the Pro Shop at 805-530-0221 to request Large Group information.
- Tee times booked 15 to 28 days are subject to a non-refundable booking fee per player. Please see Rates & Fees page for pricing.
- If you have already created an online customer account, we accept reservations up to 7 days in advance in person or online. Tee time reservations 8 to 28 days in advance are online only using the online customer portal.
- Electric carts available on a first come, first serve basis. No guarantees.
Terms and Conditions:
- Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice. You will be charged the full rate per player if you do not give 24-hour notice of tee time cancellation or modification. Please contact the Pro Shop at 805-530-0221 to cancel tee times made 15 to 28 days in advance, non-refundable booking fees will apply. To cancel or modify a tee time made 1 to 14 days in advance, login to your online customer account to make changes to your upcoming reservation. Unfortunately, tee time cancellations or modifications cannot be made via email and you will be charged a "No Show" fee.
- Please check in no later than 20 minutes prior to your tee time.
- You are required to play in under 4 hours if you are teeing off before 8 a.m. If your teeing off after 8am, you are required to play in under 4 1/2 hours. If you cannot maintain a reasonable pace, you will be asked to skip holes until you are in position. Early times are a privilege and must be treated as such.
- Play ready golf and kindly understand your place on the course is directly behind the group in front of you. Rustic Team Members will make sure the groups ahead and behind are doing the same.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted. Outside alcohol violates our liquor license policy and is grounds for removal from course. No refunds of any kind will be issued.
- Every member in a golfing party is required to have their own clubs; no sharing. We have rental sets available.
- The following rates are for GREEN FEES ONLY. Carts and range balls are not included.
